What if the property I represent is not ready in getting listed on GroupLister?

Only GroupLister-verified properties can authorize agents. This ensures a scam-free platform for seekers. GroupLister offers low platform fees to encourage owners to join, helping the industry transition to a safer and more transparent system.

What if a property owner is not tech-savvy and struggles to list their property?

Agents can assist such owners by applying as Property Managers. Note that the owner must be present during the property verification process and present the necessary documents.

Can I represent multiple properties?

Yes, but only if each property is verified on GroupLister. Your page will showcase all your affiliated properties.

How does referrals work on GroupLister?

With GroupLister.com, your commission structure will remain a private agreement with the property owner/manager. You can get a unique referral link generated on your page to share with your clients. Properties will receive inquiries including your referral info. Your verified agent page offers additional benefits like credibility, customer reviews, and visibility.

How long does the verification process take?

You’ll receive your Verified Agent page within a week after completing the property vouching process and securing the necessary documents. Rest assured, your documents are secure with us and will not be published on your page.

What happens if the property discontinues its listing?

If a property no longer renews its listing on GroupLister, its verification info will be updated and stay published. Your Verified Agent page will also be updated with relevant information.

Is there a cost for verification or maintaining my page?

Verification is tied to the affiliated property's subscription for up to 3 agents. Each additional agent page will incur a small fee to register in our records and setup the page and content.

Will my page be visible on search engines?

By default, agent pages will be visible on search engines like Google or Bing. This will help you gain more clients which in turn also help your affiliated properties get more bookings.

What happens if there’s an ongoing dispute about my legitimacy?

If a dispute arises, both the property and your verified agent page will be flagged as "Pending Resolution." GroupLister leaves resolution to the property but may cooperate with legal authorities if necessary. During this time, your contact details and links will be deactivated, and visitors will see a caution notice. If unresolved after a certain period, both the property’s subscription and your verification status may be terminated.
